RULES & POLICIES ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $25.00 ANNUAL REGISTRATION / RENEWAL FEE PER CHILD. This fee includes their Bump Set Spike practice T-shirt. CLASS ATTIRE: Students are required to wear a Bump Set Spike T-shirt, athletic shorts, knee pads, tennis shoes to every class and/or game day. MONTHLY PAYMENTS: PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE FIRST CLASS OF EACH MONTH. Once you have registered in our program you are a part of the Bump Set Spike team. You are required to pay the monthly fee as long as you are registered. If at some point you wish to discontinue classes you must submit your request in writing to the office manager. All requests should be done 30 days prior to your last day. If you do not notify us in writing you are obligated to pay the monthly fees until you do so. CASH & CHECKS: WE ACCEPT CASH & CHECKS FOR CLASS PAYMENTS. Please make checks payable to Bump Set Spike. MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY: WE DO NOT OFFER MAKE UP CLASSES IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL: Bump Set Spike Volleyball is an ongoing program. Once you enroll in a class, you are reserving that spot for your child. Therefore, you are responsibile for paying the monthly class fees. If you choose to discontinue classes we ask that you inform us of your intentions in writing as soon as possible. This gives us a chance to open that spot for incoming students.
